Parylene Coating

Parylene coating is a high-performance, conformal polymer coating applied via a chemical vapour deposition (CVD) process. It forms a pinhole-free, uniform layer over complex 3D structures, providing protection against moisture, chemicals, corrosion, and electrical insulation. This technology is widely used in electronics, MEMS, medical devices, and precision instruments, where robust surface protection is critical without altering the device’s functionality.
