Engineered for industrial use, this production and coating system combines modular assembly with variable chamber sizes to match your process requirements. Designed to handle even the most demanding production volumes, its larger chamber options ensure efficiency and reliability at scale.

- Industrial-Grade Performance Engineered for large-scale industrial production, this system is highly reliable and capable of tackling demanding volumes. It serves as the standard production model for both the Series 2000 (without plasma) and the plasma-capable Series 3000.
- Modular Design & Custom Capacity Features modular construction and adjustable chamber sizing, offering flexibility and scalability to suit diverse process needs. Available chamber capacities span from 140 up to 1000 liters, accommodating a wide spectrum of batch sizes:
140 L: 500 mm Ø × 700 mm H
200 L: 600 mm Ø × 700 mm H
300 L: 700 mm Ø × 800 mm H
Larger capacities (600–1000 L) also available. - Built-In Plasma Capability Equipped with an integrated 2.45 GHz, 1200 W plasma source, enabling uniform and effective plasma treatment for enhanced coating adhesion and activation.
- Sophisticated Gas Handling Includes one internal gas distribution channel, with optional expansion to up to three channels for multi-gas processing.
- Advanced Cooling & Vacuum Systems Employs an 8 L electromechanical cool-trap to efficiently manage condensation and maintain system stability. Features a DIN 40 ISO-KF vacuum connection, an electromagnetic solenoid valve for precise venting, and a robust 75 m³/h vacuum pump for efficient evacuation.

Applications:
- Electronics / High-Reliability Circuits Conformal coating of printed circuit boards (PCBs), MEMS devices, sensors, RF/microwave components. Protection against moisture, dust, ionic contamination, which helps extend lifetime/reliability. Uniform, pinhole-free coverage (even in tight crevices) because parylene is deposited in a vapor-phase process.
- Aerospace & Defense Coating of avionics, sensors, wiring harnesses, connectors in aircraft and satellites. Useful in extreme environments: wide temperature ranges, vibration, pressure changes. Parylene can provide reliable dielectric insulation. For space applications: very low outgassing, lightweight barrier.
- Medical Devices & Biocompatible Applications Coating of implantable devices (like pacemakers) or catheters. Parylene is biocompatible and can act as a barrier to fluids / body tissues. It can also reduce friction (lubricity) on medical tubing (e.g., guidewires, catheters). Barrier layers on valves, membranes, or filters in biomedical devices.
- Automotive & EV Electronic modules exposed to harsh under-hood environments: sensors, connectors, control units. Protection from moisture, salts, fuel vapors, thermal cycling.
