We’re accredited for ISO 9001 by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), the national accreditation body.

ISO 9001 is a globally recognised Quality Management System (QMS) standard. It provides a framework to help businesses consistently deliver the highest quality service to clients and stakeholders.

Governance DfT Approved Freight Forwarding Agent

DfT-Approved Freight Forwarding Agent

We are approved as a freight forwarding agent by the UK’s Department for Transport (DfT). The DfT supports the country’s transport network and is the regulatory body for companies providing freight forwarding services.

As a DfT-approved agent, we’ve been approved and trusted to screen your cargo and guarantee its contents prior to delivery to airlines. This also fast-tracks your air shipment bookings.

We ensure that the movement of your cargo complies with stringent UK regulations and standards, as well as international shipping regulations for cargo being shipped overseas. These include safety standards, environmental regulations and specific rules related to the chosen transportation mode of your cargo (whether air, sea, road or rail).

Safety

We commit to maintaining an environment that doesn’t endanger or jeopardise the health, safety and welfare of our employees, clients, contractors, visitors or the public. We recognise our legal and moral responsibility to protect employees and others at work, and commit to comply with all applicable health and safety legislations. We do this by:

Communicating and operating under a company-approved health and safety policy, while regularly reviewing and updating that policy to ensure it remains effective

Ensuring the working environment is safe for all employees and that we’ve made adequate provisions with regard to the facilities and arrangements for their welfare at work

Undertaking comprehensive risk assessments for all physical work-related operations

Implementing the necessary controls for the safe use, handling, storage and transport of equipment

Provisioning and maintaining buildings, building services, utilities, grounds, roads, footways and hardstandings, plant and equipment to ensure safety

Ensuring all employees and contractors are fully trained and supervised during work

Minimise accidents, injuries, dangerous occurrences and occupational disasters through a continuous programme of assessment, monitoring and improvement

Fostering a positive health and safety culture, with regular input from employees at all levels

Environment

We recognise our responsibility, both as a company and as individuals, to protect the environment and comply with all applicable environmental legislation.

As part of that, we commit to complying with legal standards and Good Industry Practice, and adhere rigorously to our in-house Environmental Policy Statement. We do this by:

Setting and regularly reviewing the appropriate environmental working practices with regard to methods and materials

Regularly assessing the environmental impacts of our activities and managing them to minimise their impact on the environment

Governance Cyber Security

Cyber Security

We take cyber security very seriously.

We commit to protecting and securing the data of our clients, our employees and our systems against cyber attack or compromise, and have implemented government-recommended controls and security tools to strengthen our posture.

We work under the Cyber Essentials certification, a rigorous government-backed certification designed to help businesses protect themselves against the most common cyber attacks.

Achieving this certification means we’ve met stringent criteria and have implemented essential security controls to protect against these threats.
