Built-In Plasma Capability

• Equipped with an integrated 2.45 GHz, 1200 W plasma source, enabling uniform and effective plasma treatment for enhanced coating adhesion and activation.

Sophisticated Gas Handling

• Includes one internal gas distribution channel, with optional expansion to up to three channels for multi-gas processing.

Advanced Cooling & Vacuum Systems

• Employs an 8 L electromechanical cool-trap to efficiently manage condensation and maintain system stability.
• Features a DIN 40 ISO-KF vacuum connection, an electromagnetic solenoid valve for precise venting, and a robust 75 m³/h vacuum pump for efficient evacuation.
