I just wanted to give you some info in regards to our xR80 install at F17. Alex & Graham successfully completed supplier qual on Wednesday 10/22. Their knowledge & quality of work was excellent and much appreciated as they finished ahead of our projected date. They were also very supportive as I asked for additional tests which they accommodated. F17's overall exposure to IES for install was a very positive one. Our thanks to both of you for supplying such qualified bodies (Naser, Alex & Graham) to us in some cases on short notice.

I wanted to let you know that everything went well with our tool demo and move out in large part due to Naser and Paul. Due to some issues with our Intel riggers, Paul and Naser worked some long odd hours to help me get the job done on time. They were very knowledgeable about the tool and did a quality job.
I look forward to working with them again on our future demo activities.

I wanted to inform IES that the services you have been providing the New Mexico site for the HIM demo has been outstanding and the professionalism of your folks has been exceptional. Unfortunately, due to budget constraints, we will not be hiring IES for any future demo work in F11x.

VF Implant folks. I have recently used a company, IES, for tool move outs in D1D. These folks did an excellent job at an attractive price compared to other alternatives(OEMs) we have used at Intel in the past. They were very flexible and were able to respond on short notice and meet aggressive schedules with no issues. They provided a very high level of professional planning and documentation for every tool move. If you are in need of contractors to perform a tool move, I highly suggest you investigate this option.
